Hey CEO,
Before we talk logos, websites, or LLCs, let’s talk heart.
Too many new business owners get stuck focusing on how things look before getting clear on what their business means. And if you don’t know what you stand for, how will your customers know why they should ride with you?
Let’s break it down—the GBC way—into 3 simple pieces you need before you build anything else:
✨ Mission Statement💎 Core Values🔥 Your WHY
✨ 1. What’s Your Mission?
Your mission statement is your business’s purpose. Think of it like your business’s GPS—it guides your direction and decisions.
Ask yourself:
What problem do I solve?
Who do I help?
How do I help them?
👉🏽 Keep it short, clear, and bold. One to two sentences max.
Example (from GBC):Glassbreaking CEO helps everyday people become confident CEOs by teaching the business basics most people skip.
Now you try:✍🏽 “I help _____________ by ______________ so they can ______________.”
💎 2. Define Your Core Values
Your core values are your business’s personality traits. These are the standards you refuse to compromise on.
Ask yourself:
What do I want to be known for?
What matters most in how I serve others?
What would I fire a client or team member for violating?
Choose 3–5 values that speak to how you do business.Need help? Here’s a few you can be inspired by:
Integrity
Transparency
Growth
Respect
Impact
Community
Freedom
Excellence
Now write yours down. Post them somewhere you’ll see them every day.
🔥 3. Know Your WHY
This one’s deep. Your WHY is the fuel behind your grind. It’s what keeps you going when no one’s buying, when the likes are low, and when you question if you made the right decision.
Ask yourself:
Why did I start this?
What’s the bigger picture?
Who do I want to make proud?
Your WHY might be your kids, your freedom, your community, your healing, or simply proving to yourself that you can. And guess what? That’s valid. All of it.
🎯 Write it. Frame it. Say it out loud.Because on the hard days—you’ll need that reminder.
🚀 Final Thoughts
Before you chase profits, get grounded in purpose.
When your mission is clear, your values are locked in, and your WHY is solid—your brand becomes unshakable. And trust me, that’s when the right clients, the right money, and the right moves start finding you.
